About HOY Studio

Architecture shaped by people, place and purpose.

We design thoughtful spaces for modern living.

HOY Studio is a South London architecture practice creating refined, carefully considered homes, interiors and spaces. Our work is shaped through close collaboration, clear communication and a deep understanding of each client’s individual vision.

We take the time to understand how you live, what you value and what your space needs to become. This allows every design to feel personal, practical and beautifully resolved.

01

Listening First

Every project begins with understanding. We listen carefully to your needs, lifestyle and ambitions before shaping a clear architectural response.

02

Design With Detail

From light and proportion to materiality and finishes, we focus on the small details that make a space feel calm, refined and complete.

03

Timeless Spaces

Our aim is to create architecture that feels elegant, enduring and deeply connected to the people who use it every day.

Who are we?

With experience working in larger architectural practices in the UK and abroad, including Raj Rewal Associates in India and Make Architects in London, Hoy Studio brings experience across a range of sectors at both design & planning and construction phases. The team has worked on award-winning projects for developers and educational facilities including the Big Data Institute – an award-winning research development site at the University of Oxford.

At the other end of the scale, HOY has a wealth of expertise working directly with clients on smaller, bespoke residential projects. With a keen eye for detail and a love of working closely with their clients to understand their hopes and ambitions for their bespoke scheme. HOY are specialists in 3D digital modelling, creating visuals to enable our clients to truly experience and engage with the spaces in which we have designed in response to their individual needs.
